Application Process
2026–2027 School Year
Before beginning the application, families are encouraged to review the Enrollment Policy Packet, which outlines enrollment expectations, timelines, and tuition policies.
Step 1: Submit the Application Form by February 20, 2026
Complete the Application Form and submit it one of the following ways:

Email: Complete and sign the PDF application electronically and email it to mrjoey@alsionschool.org

Hard Copy: Print, complete and sign, then drop off the application at the Alsion office
Step 2: Pay the Application Fee
The application fee is due at the time of application.

Amount: $600.00

Zelle: payments@alsionschool.org

Check: Payable to Alsion Montessori (drop off or mail to the Alsion office)
Step 3: Complete the Parent Questionnaire
After the Application Form and Application Fee are received, a link will be sent to complete the Parent Questionnaire through a secure Google Form.
A hardcopy version is available upon request.
Step 4: Submit Academic Records
Parents submit the student’s most recent report card or transcript in one of the following ways:

Hard copy: Drop off at the Alsion office
Students applying to Grade 10 may be asked to provide an official transcript.
Step 5: Family Interview and Optional Shadow Day
After required materials are received, the school will schedule a family interview with the Head of School. This conversation helps the school and family determine program fit and answer remaining questions.
For Middle School applicants (Grades 7–9), an optional shadow day may also be scheduled, allowing the student to experience a typical school day and classroom environment.
For Early College applicants, additional meetings or academic review may be scheduled as needed.
What Happens Next

Alsion will send the Teacher Evaluation Form directly to the teacher listed on the application.

Application materials are reviewed for program fit and space availability.

For applications received by February 20, 2026, notifications of acceptance will be emailed to families starting March 1, 2026. Applications received after February 20, 2026 are reviewed on a rolling basis, subject to space availability.
