Frequently Asked Questions
About Alsion Montessori
Do you still accept applications?
We consider applications and accept new students in June and August of each year. Alsion does not accept students in the middle of the school year.
Is there a waiting list?
Yes, Alsion has a waiting list for students grades 7-8. We know how many new student seats are available at the end of the year and we fill those seats from our waiting list. Applicants for the upcoming year make an initial enrollment deposit to hold a place. We do not hold seats for applicants who do not make a deposit. You will be contacted for enrollment when your child’s name has arrived at the top of the list. If the school is unable to contact you, your place will not be held. If you are called to enroll and decline, your child’s name will be removed from the waiting list. Should you decide to put your child’s name back on the list, you must come to the office to fill out a new request for placement.
May I visit the school?
